Shenzhen Ping'an Tianxia Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the company") emphasizes its responsibility for its own business activities, strives to achieve high transparency, and jointly abides by the law with its partners. We firmly resist and never tolerate any form of corruption or illegal behavior, and implement this principle in our daily work. In order to gain the trust of customers in the fierce market competition, Shenzhen Ping'an Tianxia Company takes a firm stance and prohibits its employees from accepting or providing any form of bribery or commission to deal with private sector officials or individuals. Employees of Shenzhen Ping'an Tianxia Company must comply with national laws and are not allowed to bribe or accept bribes.
The company is committed to honest operation and has established a good reporting system. It encourages real name reporting of unethical behavior and strictly keeps the personal information of real name whistleblowers confidential, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of real name whistleblowers. It strictly prohibits direct or indirect discrimination, harassment, suppression, or retaliation against whistleblowers. If the informant discloses their own identity, Shenzhen Ping An Tianxia Company will no longer be obligated to maintain such confidentiality.
1. Criminal offenses such as corruption, bribery, and fraud;
2. Intentional false statements, misstatements, omissions, directly or indirectly affecting financial statements;
3. Inappropriate or unethical behavior;
4. Attempting to conceal any of the above.
In current or future cooperation, if there are similar issues where employees of Shenzhen Ping'an Tianxia Company claim benefits or improper fees from partners under various names, please report them in real name as soon as possible and provide detailed and conclusive information; Shenzhen Ping An Tianxia Company will carefully verify and confirm, and once verified, will take serious measures to protect the legitimate interests of its partners. For partners who have the above-mentioned problems but have not truthfully reported or reported them to Shenzhen Ping'an Tianxia Company, once discovered, Shenzhen Ping'an Tianxia Company will take appropriate legal measures or cooperation restrictions.
